Is Kinetic free?
Yes. During the beta every athlete feature and the full Coach Membership are free, and no card is required.
What happens when the beta ends?
Paid plans will be introduced after the public launch. We will announce pricing before anything changes, and you will never be charged without opting in.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?
Kinetic runs in your phone's browser today. Open kineticfitapp.com, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen to use it like an app.
How do I invite my clients as a coach?
Create a coach account, then invite clients from your coach workspace. They join with their own athlete account and connect to you.
What can I track?
Food and macros (calories, protein, carbs, fat), workouts with exercises, sets, reps and weight, cardio and steps, and water.

Paid plans arrive after public launch. We’ll announce pricing before changes, and app access will never convert to paid without your opt-in.
